Primenyclimo reserves the right to refuse transportation to any person in accordance with our policies.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles. If an occupant smokes inside a vehicle, they will be required to exit the vehicle until all smoking has ceased. A $300 smoke removal fee will be charged. If additional sanitization is required, an additional $300 cleaning fee will apply.

If any vehicle requires repair or replacement due to misuse, damage, or destruction caused by passengers, additional charges will apply in accordance with our policies.

Primenyclimo uses video recording without audio in all of our vehicles for insurance purposes, quality assurance, and staff training. If a passenger prefers not to be recorded, they may request that the chauffeur cover the interior-facing camera. All videos and images are protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy and are used solely for internal operations, legal matters, and insurance purposes.

Primenyclimo reserves the right to send emails and text messages to current and former clients regarding company updates, industry news, new procedures, special offers, and other information designed to enhance the customer experience.

Information collected from Primenyclimo clients will never be sold or shared with third parties, except with our subsidiaries or trusted partners when necessary to provide the transportation services outlined in your reservation.

By booking or using our services, clients and passengers acknowledge and agree to the Primenyclimo Policies.
